John Trautman
brings over 25 years of experience across finance, commercial real estate ownership, and business operations. He began his career in the lending industry, advancing to Vice President overseeing multi-state operations, and has since acquired and stabilized a diversified portfolio of industrial, medical, retail, and office properties.
In parallel with his real estate activities, John has successfully operated and scaled multiple businesses, bringing an operator’s mindset to every investment. His background includes leadership roles in growing companies, managing teams, implementing systems, and navigating complex operational challenges. John’s extensive experience operating and scaling businesses, contributes a disciplined, execution-focused ownership mindset.
