Wayne Morris
VP of Investment Sales
Managing Partner
Wayne Morris, VP of Investment Sales. Originally from England, his exposure to the real estate industry began following his family’s relocation to Orlando in 1991. This early foundation evolved into a commercial real estate career spanning more than two decades.
Wayne began his commercial real estate career in 2002 and advanced to Senior Advisor at a regional commercial brokerage. Over the course of his career, he has executed and advised on in excess of $150 million in commercial real estate transactions on a nationwide basis, with a primary focus on Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Parks, and Multifamily assets, as well as other mid-market investment properties. This experience established a long-term specialization in the MHC asset class and has been a material contributor to the partner’s investment and transaction track record.
In recent years, Wayne has developed a specialized practice working with master developers, institutional capital partners, hedge funds, and high-net-worth investors—sourcing proprietary off-market opportunities and structuring complex land assemblages and development-oriented transactions across U.S. markets.

Jeremy Dear

Jeremy Dear serves as Director of Acquisitions at Atlas Commercial Partners, bringing nearly a decade in law enforcement and a deep understanding of working with people to the firm’s investment strategy. Known for his calm, disciplined approach and strong negotiation skills, Jeremy excels at building trusted relationships with owners, brokers, and capital partners while navigating complex transactions.
He combines sharp underwriting, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to identify value and structure deals that create positive outcomes for all parties. Guided by integrity and professionalism, Jeremy is a key driver of Atlas’s acquisition efforts and a valued partner to sellers seeking thoughtful, transparent transactions.

JAY FERN

Jason “Jay” Fern is an entrepreneur, commercial real estate investor, and Director of Acquisitions at Atlas Commercial Partners who has built his career on relationships, trust, and long-term thinking. With more than 20 years in sales, Jay is known for his approachable style, careful listening, and ability to bring people together to create strong, lasting partnerships. Over more than a decade, he founded and grew several retail businesses into multi-million-dollar operations by staying deeply connected to local communities and working closely with government partners rather than relying on traditional advertising.
After a successful business exit, Jay followed a long-held passion for commercial real estate, carrying that same people-first philosophy into every deal he pursues. Through Atlas Commercial Partners, he works side by side with owners and investors to structure thoughtful transactions and build long-term value across a wide range of opportunities nationwide.
